CRAZY 4 CALISTHENICS
The C4C class uses body-weight at its core. There is NO curling or benching weights. Just pulling and pushing your own body-weight instead. The class is aimed at all genders, ages and abilities, and we will put you through vigorous endurance routines and strength conditioning exercises. Starting with the basic pull-up, push-up and dip movements, then moving onto the more advanced muscle-up, handstand and human flags to name just a few.
